How can I contact Celvest?

Do you also ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. If you are located abroad, please allow for a longer delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your track & trace number.
From where do you ship?
We ship from our different warehouses all over the globe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since we strive for fast order processing, any changes or cancellations should be requested within 12 hours after placing the order. Requests made after this time will be rejected. However, you can still return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, BanContact, all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take 8-14 business days for orders to arrive. For domestic orders, please allow for a longer delivery time, typically around 14-20 business days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
How can I return an item?

What if the received item is incorrect?
Contact us if you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and any related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Is the return shipment free?
Unfortunately, we do not cover the return costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return shipment, we will process it within 2 working days. If the return is accepted, you will receive the money in your account within 5 working days.
If you paid with a credit card, refunds are sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
