Can I return my order?

Yes, but we cannot accept every return for hygienic reasons. Our return address is located abroad, and we only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Once you have used the product, unfortunately, your right to return expires.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days. If the return is accepted, you will receive the money in your account within 5 business days.

Is the return shipment free?

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return costs.
